can not create topics in request section

why I can not create topics about certain models in the forum "request section"? already created about 5 topics – all were passed. tried to add new ones – not appeared after moderation. why?? also there is fapello profile about one of the models I tried t create discussion topic. one model is new onlyfans page and seems lacking of fapello profile.
